Cottonwood Trees
Do you have a large Cottonwood Tree that needs to be removed or trimmed? Big Horn Tree Service can help remove or trim this to make your yard safe.
Cottonwoods (Populus deltoids) are large shade trees that grow naturally throughout western Colorado. You can recognize them at a distance by their broad, white trunks. They have lustrous, bright green foliage in summer that changes to brilliant yellow in fall. Cottonwood trees are members of the Poplar family. Cottonwood trees produce male and female parts on separate trees, and in the spring, female trees produce tiny, red blooms that are followed by masses of seeds with a cottony covering. Male cottonwood trees do not produce seeds. Because of the size and mass of Cottonwood trees in our area, you need to have the right tree removal service hired to trim or remove them. Big Horn Tree Service uses the right equipment and tools to safely remove your large cottonwood trees.
